An improved Bergeron differential protection for half-wavelength AC transmission line

چکیده
Half-wavelength AC transmission line has the characteristics of long distance and high voltage level, its fault are significantly different from conventional line. In order to reduce interference distributed capacitive current on half-wavelength calculation differential protection, this paper proposes a new protection scheme based Bergeron model. solve problem small located at midpoint when short circuit occurs, solution using methods calculate setting value in areas is proposed. The can move quickly near terminal delay act middle area. After simulation verification PSCAD experimental platform, it found that there both terminals line, operate about 10 ms; occurs area, operation. results show various actions performance device meet requirements safe operation
